Community Groups- Worth & Wellness Community, Therapeutic Groups, Bible studies 3.) Individual & Corporate Wellness Consulting 4.) Mental Health & Wellness Education through Media and Speaking 5.) Rooted Therapeutic Day Program (Intensive outpatient program) The Oaks is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2017. Our mission is to partner with people to find worth and wellness through mental health services. We want each individual to know that they are priceless. We recognize the need for multiple layers of care as we support our clients. Because health is not one-dimensional, neither is our plan. Using our holistic wellness model as a framework, The Oaks helps individuals create and sustain a lifestyle of healthy choices. We are here to join with individuals --no matter where they need to begin--to offer hope, encouragement, and professional counsel. We are a partner in the journey.
