About THE OASIS GROUP LLC

The OASIS Group LLC is a consulting firm dedicated to helping non-profits, schools, colleges, and networks scale their ability to impact students and professionals in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine) fields. We partner with schools, organizations, and communities to design and implement strategic solutions that foster inclusivity, close opportunity gaps, and inspire lasting change. Our work bridges the gap between vision and impact, equipping leaders, educators, and stakeholders with the tools to create diverse, equitable environments where innovation thrives. Through research-based strategies, capacity-building programs, and collaborative partnerships, we empower communities to grow stronger, fairer, and more resilient. At The OASIS Group, we believe creating Opportunity, Access, and Success in STEMM is not just a goal, it’s the foundation for a better, more inclusive future.
