In 2013, The Online Business Agency was founded to offer web design and internet marketing services to innovative business clients. As we gained more experience in the industry, we expanded our portfolio and added Jim Eglin to the team to offer fractional VP of Sales and Marketing services. The companies that asked for our help, were concerned about flat or declining sales, frustrated about their inability to reach their ambitious growth goals, and were unsure how to address a change in market direction or how to effectively launch new products or services. We grew quickly, and offered our services on a project basis, monthly recurring fixed fee, and/or on a revenue share or equity stake position. For many clients, we quickly assumed the responsibility for the go-to-market, revenue generation, and company growth strategies for the entire company.
