Our hybrid model blends a four-part online course in global competency with personalized, one-on-one virtual mentorship from professionals who’ve worked across cultures, companies, and continents. You’ll complete a short online certificate in global mindset and get matched with a mentor who offers support on resumes, interviews, career planning, and navigating today's work environments.
