Founded in London in 2018, the Orange Trust is a global non-profit NGO dedicated to creating sustainable, long-term impact through healthcare, education, and community empowerment. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to make sustainable change easy to create, support, and sustain. We believe that lasting transformation begins when compassion meets structure - when vision turns into real, measurable action. From the coastal schools of Zanzibar to the remote desert clinics of southern Algeria, The Orange Trust reaches some of the world’s most underserved communities. Our teams of volunteers - doctors, teachers, engineers, and creators - work hand in hand with local partners to deliver: Free medical and dental outreach through mobile clinics and pop-up health centres. Education initiatives that rebuild schools, train teachers, and empower orphans to learn and thrive. Women-led healthcare programmes focused on maternal health, hygiene, and safe pregnancy practices.
