About The Original Pickle Shot

You never forget your first ™ We’ll never forget tasting our final recipe for the first time and we bet you won’t either. The Original Pickle Shot is big, bold pickle flavor, done right. There’s a reason we’re the no. 1 selling pickle spirit When we first bottled The Original Pickle Shot in 2018, we knew a new pickle era was upon us, and we were happy to lead the way. There are plenty of flavored vodkas that taste like vodka with a hint of whatever flavor is listed on the label. But that wasn’t our goal for The Original Pickle shot — we wanted to make the best tasting, pickle-forward shot possible, so we spent a really, really, reallyyy long time developing a proprietary recipe that’s won over both pickle lovers and pickle skeptics since day 1. The key to our recipe? Our brine makes us shine Not all brines are created equal (iykyk). Once we crafted the pickle brine of our dreams 😍, we knew we had something special so we… Blended it with five-times distilled Iowa vodka at an intentionally low ABV to keep that 💪pickle flavor Hard passed ⛔on artificial flavors or sugars Tried a whole lot of versions 🧪 until we got it just right Overcame a laughable (tragedy + time = comedy) number of obstacles as a start-up with no outside help, investors, or celeb partners 🏆 We hope you’ll stick around to see where we go from here.
