About The Orijen Group

The Orijen Group is a boutique consultancy committed to building diverse and inclusive workplaces - to ensuring a level playing field where women and men have equal opportunities for success. With extensive experience in culture change, we believe that with real commitment organisations can create working environments that are not only productive and sustainable, but also innovative, collaborative and healthy for all workers. We have been providing HR advice and training to organisations since 1998 and in 2014 our CEO, Jenny Morris, was recognised in The Australian Financial Review's 100 Women of Influence award for her contribution to "creating a bolder and more diverse future for all Australians". Our proven success is based on our flexibility to meet your organisation's requirements and to ground the program in careful analysis, planning, measurement and diligent follow through. Our extensive research into mentoring and coaching has identified the major factors that impact the effectiveness of programs. Our consulting experience enables us to put this knowledge to work.
