About The Passport Project

The Passport Project is a community-driven platform connecting people with independent cafés, restaurants, and bars across Chile. Through curated passport editions featuring exclusive 2x1 offers and discounts, we drive intentional foot traffic to local PYMEs while encouraging discovery beyond the mainstream. What began as a response to the challenges facing the restaurant industry during the pandemic has grown into a platform that has supported more than 200 independent businesses across Santiago. Each passport sold helps generate revenue for local establishments, increase visibility for smaller brands, and strengthen neighborhood food culture. From day one, we have also committed CLP 1,000 from every passport sold to Habitat for Humanity, helping fund home construction for families in Paine. Beyond the printed passport, we collaborate with chefs, creators, and local brands to produce events, pop-ups, and cultural activations that bring communities together around the table. Our mission is simple: amplify what is already happening in Chile’s independent food scene and build sustainable support for the businesses that give our cities their character.
