Through his privately owned consultancy, Peter Tichbon helps companies transform their performance by supplying short term senior food industry expertise. He has experience in FMCG in everything from Blue Chip through to PE/Privately owned companies and works hard to understand businesses by getting under the skin of the organisations he works with, asking smart and often challenging questions to understand the problem they are trying to solve or the results they require, then going on to deliver innovative solutions. On an interim management basis Peter can also take ownership for delivering results.
