About The Place of Wonders

The Place of Wonders Foundation is a non-profit organization established to safeguard and enhance the human heritage of Italian fine craftsmanship. The Foundation is an integral part of a new hospitality model that allows for the discovery and support of local creative, artistic, and artisanal activities through unique experiences. It is a project initiated by the Babini family, owners of the Collection of Hotels & Resorts known as THE - The Hospitality Experience. We are strongly convinced that these traditions should not be allowed to vanish; instead, they should be safeguarded and advanced. Our commitment extends to nurturing a new generation of craftsmen through scholarships programs, ensuring the perpetuation and revitalization of these ancient arts.
