About The Primal Revolution

As leader of The Primal Revolution, I celebrate the ultimate human experience - specifically in the areas of Paleo diet and Primal movement. Using a variety of coaching techniques across all areas of life, I work with high performers to elevate their quality of life and deepen the relationship to themselves. My favorite method weaves together the primal masculine and divine feminine.
