About The Purple Method

Expert-led strategies for cultivating trust, integrity and inclusion. We work with organizations to implement trainings, policies, and programs to create safer, more inclusive workplaces and communities. We create a positive culture that supports an organization’s unique mission and where everyone feels safe and included, regardless of who they are or where they come from. The Purple Method is dedicated to creating a world in which employees around the globe can come to work every day knowing that they are safe and valued. Founded and led by the team who launched the Purple Campaign, our trained experts are deeply aware of the negative effects sexual misconduct, workplace harassment and discrimination, and other integrity and safety incidents can have on psychological well-being and organizational health. Our partners include some of the largest global companies in the world, international non-profits, venture capital firms, gig economy platforms and small start-ups.
