Our name origin is all you really need to know about us. We are friends. With each other, with our talents and we want to be friends with you. REEL FRIENDS is all about communication, relationships and solutions. We collaborate. We connect the dots. We represent. We understand the process is a two way street. We keep our minds open. We want you to win. Whatever it is you are aiming for. Our ethos is rooted in understanding each individual’s needs and desires to find transparent solutions to build trust and real value. We are the REEL FRIENDS. Milena Gronau – Kozyra and Karola Kowalczyk have spent over a decade at the biggest commercial production company in Poland. Over the course of time they have helped build much of the departments, from Facility team to Production and finally, to the Roster. Having competences from practically every department associated with the production process their in depth understanding of what needs to happen, of what puzzle pieces need to come together is invaluable. Their love for the art of filmmaking, for the people, for the industry transpires through the relationships they have built and the successes they have brought to the table.
