Founded in 2008 by Zoran Gavric, TRC was established to meet the growing demand for expert guidance in regulatory affairs and applied toxicology, in line with evolving European legislation. Today, TRC supports cosmetics manufacturers, consultants, safety assessors and brand owners in achieving full compliance with the regulatory frameworks, including EU and UK Cosmetics Regulations, MoCRA and US State regulations, Canadian requirements, REACH and Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP).
