About The Resilience Project

We partner with workplaces, schools, early years services and communities to build everyday wellbeing habits. Our programs, events and wellbeing resources are designed to support people in everyday life – at work, at school and beyond. We focus on four key pillars proven to cultivate positive emotion: Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy (GEM + EL). Our Workplace Wellbeing Program has supported over 800 workplaces and teams to feel more connected, resilient and engaged, using relatable storytelling and evidence-based tools that are easily accessible.
