𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆𝘀 (𝗧𝗥𝗝) is a purpose-driven social enterprise supporting individuals, communities, and organisations to build resilience, inclusion, and meaningful pathways to leadership and participation. We work at the intersection of individual empowerment and inclusive systems change, drawing on lived experience, evidence-based practice, and culturally grounded approaches. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝟭. 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Personalised life and career coaching, mentoring, and group-based programs supporting migrants, graduates, and professionals to build confidence, resilience, self-advocacy, and navigate Australian workplace culture. This includes one-to-one coaching, group empowerment programs, and targeted workshops focused on personal growth and career progression. 𝟮. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Inspirational keynotes, workshops, and facilitated conversations that centre lived experience, resilience, leadership, and inclusion. These engagements motivate individuals, strengthen communities, and spark meaningful dialogue across corporate, government, and community settings. 𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗘𝗜 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 Strategic advisory services supporting organisations to build inclusive, culturally competent workplaces. This includes diversity and inclusion strategy development, cultural competency training, DEI coaching for leaders and teams, and support to design and embed inclusive policies, programs, and practices. 𝟰. 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 Establishment and strengthening of Employee Resource Groups, governance frameworks, and sustainable inclusion structures that enable organisations to embed inclusion beyond one-off initiatives.
