About The Retail Academy - Oman

The Retail Agency, an Oman based boutique firm, is on a mission to elevate the retail sector in Oman by presenting solutions to the retail sectors current and future challenges in the Middle East. The Retail Agency brings global knowledge through its international partnerships. The Retail Agency is the first of its kind in Oman and is fully backed by the Middle East Council of Shopping Centers (MECSC) headquartered in Dubai and the International Council of Shopping Centers with headquarters in New York.
