Our bespoke leadership team programs help teams to get clear and aligned on why they exist and what they need to achieve together with how this gets done in a way that leverages the best of each individual's potential. Our team coaching is highly effective in building group capability. Our expert facilitation enables participants to have a deeper experience of new knowledge and skills by sharing and leveraging each other’s experiences and grounding new knowledge in their everyday environment as well as building valuable team dynamics that continue back in the workplace. Our tailored programs include: - Leading Teams - Building collaborative behaviours to shift from 'I' to 'We' - Unblocking team conflict - Fast project team start-up - Drumming Up Trust - a creative and highly energising team building workshop that uses rhythm and drumming to explore the give and get of trust, connection and effective teamwork
