Rizz started with a simple idea — build perfumes we genuinely love wearing. Long before the brand existed, perfumery was already a big part of our lives. The team behind Rizz has collectively tried 500+ fragrances, from niche perfume houses to classic designer scents. That curiosity slowly turned into a deeper understanding of what makes a fragrance feel special — how it opens, how it settles, how long it stays, and how it makes someone feel. Before launching, we spent months learning by doing. We explored the perfume markets, spoke to 100+ perfume oil vendors and 30+ packaging vendors, tested formulations, and figured out the smallest details that most people never see but always feel. We began with a first batch of 1,000 units, made in-house so we could control every step ourselves. Rizz officially launched in October, and within two months, the entire batch was sold out. That early response gave us the confidence to move forward. One thing we didn’t expect was how important face-to-face interactions would become. What started as a small pop-up quickly turned into something bigger. Talking directly to customers, getting instant feedback, and seeing real reactions helped shape the brand far more than ads ever could. Today, Rizz has grown into a community of 2,000+ Rizz Club members. Every fragrance, every line of copy, and every packaging detail is still created in-house, guided by real conversations and honest feedback.
