The Rural Planning Practice provides specialist planning advice for development in market towns, villages and the countryside. These areas have unique planning challenges which require specialist knowledge and bespoke planning solutions. We help landowners, occupiers and rural entrepreneurs unlock the potential of their land and assets. Our team has an excellent track record of gaining planning permission where others have failed. Projects in rural communities throw up their own set of challenges such as listed building consent, protected species, noise, highways and contamination. We are used to dealing with projects in designated land areas and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). With offices in Gloucestershire and Kent, our workload is concentrated in the South of England. However as specialists in our field we undertake work throughout the UK.
