About The Safe Woman

The Safe Woman supports organisations to protect and empower women through proactive, professionally delivered safety training. All training is delivered by women, for women, and is designed to help organisations meet their duty of care responsibilities while ensuring the experience is calm, respectful, and emotionally safe for the women taking part. We work with organisations across the UK to support female employees, leaders, students, and lone workers through practical personal safety training focused on situational awareness, confidence, and real-world risk reduction in workplace and everyday environments. Our approach is grounded in care, sensitivity, and a clear understanding of the responsibilities held by HR, wellbeing, and safeguarding professionals. Training is never fear-based and is delivered in a way that builds confidence without causing unnecessary alarm. The Safe Woman exists to help organisations take women’s safety seriously, responsibly, professionally, and with genuine impact.
