About The Salt Room Oviedo

The Salt Room® Oviedo provides many holistic therapy services. Choose from Salt Therapy Sessions, Infrared Sauna Therapy and Halo Massage. Salt therapy is the therapeutic use of natural salt in a simulated microclimate, like a salt room, where pulverized salt is blown into the room for guests to passively breathe in. During the 45-minute session, you can relax, enjoy music or read in our cozy, spa-like salt covered rooms while breathing in microscopic salt particles. Salt therapy helps relieve symptoms of Allergies, Asthma, COPD, Cold & Flu, Cystic Fibrosis, Dermatitis, Ear Infections and Sinusitis. Infrared sauna is a relaxing therapy that facilitates an invigorating and detoxifying deep tissue sweat. Unlike traditional saunas, full spectrum infrared saunas use special heaters that directly penetrate into the body. The infrared energy augments the body’s healing mechanisms. Toxins and pollutants stored in fat cells are dissolved and washed away in the healing process in addition to a host of anti-aging health benefits and relief from chronic pain. Halo massage is a precise, nurturing integration of Eastern and Western techniques. It unlocks and releases blocks and tension on every level with the added benefit of Salt Therapy. Come in today and start relaxing and breathing easier – Inhale, Exhale, Stay Well.
