About The Sammamish Montessori School

The Sammamish Montessori School offers a carefully planned environment that provides various learning experiences for preschool and kindergarten children. During these formative years, children learn faster than at any other time. Early experiences contribute significantly to the structure of the brain and its capacities. The Montessori method of education is designed specifically to work with the naturally sensitive periods each child moves through in his/her development. This proven method of education has been helping students attain strong academic, social, and emotional skills for more than 100 years. With over 250 students and 50 staff, the school has been operating since 1977 (45+ years) and is very close to the Microsoft and Amazon Redmond campus (7655 178th Pl NE, Redmond, WA 98052).
