The Sanchez Group is a McKinney, Texas based firm that specializes in creating high quality, sustainable communities. We are experienced, highly-skilled and passionate about our work. The Sanchez Group is comprised of five companies: Sanchez & Associates Consulting specializes in Community Development & Planning, Municipal Services and Engineering & Design. The Sanchez Land Development Group focuses on land investments, strategic partnerships and syndication and value growth. Sanchez Properties acts as lease agents, tenant representatives, and experienced property managers. They are able to structure financing packages, marketing and lease negotiations. Sanchez/ZOEM Real Estate manages sales, purchase and negotiations for our clients. Sanchez Charities and Non-Profit works with the homeless and the hungry and provides school supplies to children. We also sponsor The Little Free Pantry in downtown McKinney. Martin and Kim Sanchez, Founders of The Sanchez Group, have worked hard to build a firm that embraces a culture of hard work, honesty and integrity.
