With over 20 years in life skills coaching, counseling, and neurodiversity support, I’m Tracey Pinder, founder of The School of Life. Our mission is simple: to empower individuals to realise their full potential by building essential skills, resilience, and a growth-focused mindset. Guided by the philosophy “starve distractions, feed focus”, I’ve had the privilege of training over 70 life skills coaches and collaborating with neurodiversity specialist Dr. Shabeer Jeeva to create supportive, transformative experiences for all.
