The Self Love Lab is a London-based wellbeing community and wellbeing concierge redefining how we experience rest, recovery and connection. Through thoughtfully curated events, retreats and brand experiences, we create spaces where people can reset, regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with themselves. Our approach blends evidence-backed and holistic wellbeing practices with culture, creativity and community, offering a modern, accessible way to explore self-development. Founded by Zehra, The Self Love Lab was created to challenge the idea that wellbeing needs to feel overwhelming.
