We invest in a diversified mix of office, flex and warehouse-distribution properties, as well as strategically located land-development parcels throughout the northeast. As a privately funded venture we work hard to protect our capital. Using a blended strategy of acquiring stabilized assets along with select value-add and development opportunities, Shearwater is able to maximize return, but more importantly to minimize downside risk.
