The Shift Shop is a business consulting firm on a mission to partner with our clients to co-create work environments that center professional equity and authenticity for those who identify as women. Here’s how we can help you: Establish Your Practice Foundation: This program is ideal for early entrepreneurs or startups. You’ll be in a cohort with other business owners and receive four months of support depending on your needs. You’ll get started with the Feminist Business Model approach and work on building an abundance mindset. Redefine Your Practice Foundation: This program is ideal for established entrepreneurs or solopreneurs. You’ll be in a cohort with other business owners for 4 - 6 months, familiarize yourself with foundational work, and heal your burnout through embodiment and joy. Reinventing Your Business Practice: This program is ideal for small to mid-size businesses. You’ll receive dedicated services for 4 - 6 months and we’ll help you reinvent your business using the Feminist Business Framework. You’ll also identify company culture and healing opportunities, and establish a deliverable plan for revision and implementation.
