About The Solastra Fellowship

The Solastra Fellowship was founded in August of 2024 by four Latina women inspired by their own experiences in the aerospace industry to help create community and opportunity for other Latinos coming into the industry. Our mission is to empower Latino pioneers to soar, lead and inspire the future of aviation and aerospace. Our applications will be opening in the Fall of 2025, if you want to learn more about who we are and what we do visit our website!
