About The Space

Welcome to The Space Social Wellness Studios, where we redefine the art of mindful movement and holistic well-being. We were founded in Sacramento, California with a commitment to providing a transformative experience that empowers individuals to embrace their authenticity through movement, breath, and social connection. We are more than just a studio; we are a community. Through our diverse range of classes, workshops, and events, we cultivate an inclusive space where individuals from all walks of life can come together, unleash their creativity, and thrive collectively.
