About The Sparks Impact Fellowship

The Sparks Impact Fellowship catalyses the social entrepreneurship ecosystem by capacitating graduates with hands-on experience at Impact Organisations in Cape Town. Our vision is to build a thriving and diverse network of skilled impact professionals with the capacity and platform to shape the response to our most pressing local and global goals. The Sparks will drive collaborative, community-led impact interventions with volition and joy! In 2024, we began our pilot with 4 graduates who have successfully completed the fellowship. In 2025, we expanded to 10 graduates and moved into offices, while expanding the Sparks learning programme for more comprehensive professional development, and introducing the programme to 2 outstanding matriculants to explore greater access to Sparks opportunities.
