About The Speckled Trout: Eat, Play, Stay

Welcome to The Speckled Trout, LLC, we’re delighted to have you join our team of passionate professionals. The Speckled Trout name represents a family of companies rooted in a shared love for community, connection, and adventure. Our family includes The Speckled Trout Restaurant & Bottle Shop, The Speckled Trout Outfitters, and Rising on Main Vacation Suites, all based in beautiful Blowing Rock, North Carolina. At The Speckled Trout, you’ll be part of a team that lives by our core values, Excellence, Authenticity, Community, Integrity, Stewardship, and Fun.
