The Spirit of Tea (TSOT) currently comprises two products - Vanilla Rooibos Liqueur (20% ABV) and Earl Grey Black Tea-infused Gin (40% ABV). The Vanilla Rooibos Liqueur is an exquisite nectar, beautifully balanced with just the right amount of sweetness; luxurious notes of organic Madagascan vanilla bean perch delicately atop a lightly woody base of organic red rooibos. The Earl Grey Black Tea-infused Gin is a smooth and aromatic London Dry-style gin, artfully infused with organic Ceylon black tea, lavender, and the inimitable beauty of real bergamot.
