About The Sports Excellence Scholarship Fund

The Sports Excellence Scholarship Fund (SESF) enables emerging athletes to continue to pursue their sporting dreams. Through direct scholarships, students from low socio-economic, Indigenous or remote and regional backgrounds who have been selected to represent their state or country, are able to continue competing via financial assistance. Continued participation in sport allows students to build confidence, respect, resilience, leadership and collaboration - The Power of Sport is remarkable and intrinsic within the fabric of Australian society.
