In over three decades of active trial practice, Jeff Steidley has been involved in virtually all areas of civil litigation.  Mr. Steidley has tried cases to a jury verdict in state and federal courts, and has prosecuted and defended appeals in the appellate courts of Texas and the United States.  Mr. Steidley’s practice extends to all state courts and to federal courts in several states.  Specializations: Business & Commercial Litigation Personal Injury Whistle Blowers Mr. Steidley first became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law in 1985, and has retained his board certification over the ensuing years. He continues to have significant personal injury cases, but his trial practice has over the years extended to virtually all area of civil litigation. He has tried cases in state and federal courts, and has appeared before the appellate courts of Texas and the United States. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, has received the highest “AV” rating, and has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer for many years.
