About The Step Up Club

Run by careers expert Alice Olins, the Step Up Club works with individuals to fulfil their potential and corporate partners committed to mobilising and empowering talent. Through workshops, keynote speeches and leadership programs, Alice helps deliver on DEI goals and targets. She also builds inclusive internal networks and mentoring programs. Alice has a specific passion for women in the workplace, but also regularly trains mixed gender groups and coaches a number of male leaders.
