At The Sunshine Club Psychology, we know that seeing a psychologist can be scary. We want you to feel safe and cozy, without the intimidating doctors office feel that often comes with getting mental health support. We provided evidence based interventions and assessments with registered psychologists and aim to help you work towards your goals in the safest and easiest way possible. When in the clinic, we encourage you to make yourself comfy. Feel free to wear trackies or active wear and grab a cup of tea. When we're not in the clinic, we are out offering walking sessions on Cronulla beach. We aim to tap into the benefits of movement and the outdoors while accessing supported from a registered psychologist. Wherever we are, we are on your team. We work with you, together towards your goals, helping you to achieve meaningful and lasting change.
