The Talent Tap bridges the gap between young people from social mobility coldspots and the employers who need their talent. We work with 18-25-year-olds from rural, coastal and isolated areas - places where access to professional careers is still shaped by geography, cost and connections. We open up opportunity through: - City-based work placements - One-to-one mentoring - Long-term progression support Our model is shaped by our young people, many of whom now lead as mentors and volunteers for the next generation.
