Marc Therrien, MAI, has substantial experience appraising office, industrial, retail, and multi-family residential. The firm is familiar with managing large projects and has done work for many Washington municipalities, national and local lenders, and a variety of corporate clients. We have an extensive background in applying information technology to real estate analysis. The Therrien Company, Inc. currently has three full-time appraisers and two researchers with an office in Kirkland, Washington.
