We pride ourselves on offering a complete turnkey solution for your vacation or urban home and offering market leading returns on your investment. At the heart of this lies our pricing engine combining years of experience with the latest machine learning techniques. Whether you’re keen to enter the short term world or are an established investor we can help you through every step in the journey with a package to suit you. We’ll always offer initial income estimates and advice on property selection for free with no commitment. Our services start at 12% (including marketing, pricing, cleaning and guest management). Our charge for full management including on-going repairs, maintenance and minor renovations is 15%.
