About The UK Black Business Entrepreneurs Conference

The UK Black Business Entrepreneurs Conference is to galvanise the dialogue between different parts of the business community, policymakers, financial institutions, and the public/private and 3rd sectors, and to foster open and meaningful conversations in a new and powerful way. This premier event is designed to Empower, Engage, and Educate Black entrepreneurs and the broader business community to bridge the gap between aspiration, intention, and action, and to provide the insights and tools both groups need to achieve greater success. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain insights from the latest research, learn from industry experts, connect with successful entrepreneurs, and network with other professionals. They will also be able to connect with buyers within the public and private sectors and learn how best practices can be applied in their business to innovate, be creative, and hold on to their values, whilst growing a sustainable and successful business. Attendees will come away from the conference fuelled with ideas for how the business community can address the structural and systemic imbalances currently operating in the UK to build a more equitable society that works for the good of all and not just a few. “Diversity and inclusion is not only the morally right thing to do, but it’s also good for business. Commercially, there are opportunities to increase productivity, performance, and profitability, which all makes good business sense.”
