About The Ultimate Human Wellness

The Ultimate Human Wellness was founded by Human Biologist and longevity expert Gary Brecka to help people understand and optimize their biology. With over 20 years of experience analyzing human biomarkers and human performance data, Gary built his career predicting health outcomes with remarkable accuracy. His mission was never to forecast lifespans. It was to extend them and improve quality of life. The Ultimate Human Wellness brings lab grade genetic insights into everyday wellness, decoding how your genetics influence energy, mood, recovery, metabolism, and longevity. By translating complex biological data into clear, actionable guidance, TUHW empowers individuals to stop guessing and start optimizing. Built on the belief that you are not broken, just missing information, The Ultimate Human Wellness helps people support their biology and become the best versions of themselves.
