About The Uttranka Foundation

Where Compassion Meets Action Uttranka is a coined word from Uttara (elevation) and Aṅka (mark), meaning a noble imprint of progress. We’re an environmental NGO committed to leaving a lasting mark through real, ground-level change. The Uttranka Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals, especially youth, to become active contributors to environmental sustainability and social betterment. Our core mission is to foster grassroots participation in sustainable development through a variety of independently undertaken initiatives. Join us in creating a greener, cleaner, more conscious world. One tree. One act. One mark at a time.
