About The Vegan Butcher's Choice

The Vegan Butcher’s Choice was founded in 2019 as Belgium’s very first plant-based butcher. What began with a mission to reduce meat consumption has grown into a brand known for artisanal vegan “meats” and “cheeses” that are as tasty as they are nourishing. From our production facility in Brussels, we craft a wide range of handmade products for everyday meals, special occasions, and catering across Belgium. Since April 2025, our creations are also available in a few selected retailers, bringing plant-based eating to even more people. Our goal is simple: to make plant-based food accessible, delicious, and inspiring.
