About The Velvet Desk Global

The Velvet Desk Global is a luxury event planning and event management studio specialising in luxury weddings, destination weddings, premium corporate events, and private celebrations across India and global destinations. We curate intimate luxury weddings, multi-day celebrations, and high-end experiences designed with refined hospitality, emotional intelligence, and seamless execution. Our work spans India, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Thailand, and other global locations. At TVD Global, we believe events are not just planned — they are experienced. Our approach goes beyond décor and logistics, focusing on guest experience design, hospitality-led planning, storytelling, and experience architecture. Every celebration is thoughtfully structured around how guests are welcomed, how moments unfold, and how memories are created and carried forward. Alongside weddings and private celebrations, we design premium corporate events, leadership retreats, brand experiences, and executive gatherings, delivering the same level of discretion, professionalism, and luxury hospitality standards. Guided by a philosophy of quiet luxury, we prioritise intention over excess, precision over spectacle, and warmth over volume. Through our work and our Velvet Academy & Fellowship, we are also committed to shaping the next generation of luxury event and hospitality professionals. The Velvet Desk Global represents a modern luxury planning and hospitality house — where luxury is not loud, but always felt.
