About The Very Secret Society of Women in Games

The Very Secret Society of Women in Games is a free, non-profit mentoring program designed to empower women entering the video game industry. Focused on addressing gender-based confidence gaps, our program helps women from Humanities and non-scientific backgrounds recognize the value of their skills and break into the dynamic world of gaming. We offer support in navigating this competitive field, emphasizing practical skills over formal degrees. Through mentorship, we inspire women to leverage their unique perspectives in game design, storytelling, UX, and research—shaping the future of interactive entertainment with confidence and creativity.
