Founded on 2003 by Hieu Bui with the Cay Tre Hoxton in Old Street, serving authentic Vietnamese food with fine British ingredients, the group now expands to 5 sites: Cay Tre Hoxton, Cay Tre Soho, Viet Grill, Keu Hoxton and Keu Soho. Keu Deli is a new concept with the legendary Banh Mi Vietnamese and Saigon Street Food.
