The Village Co. Babysitting jobs and careers

About The Village Co. Babysitting

The Village Co. is reimagining childcare for modern families in New Zealand. We connect parents with trusted, background-checked babysitters through a platform built on community, safety and real life. Because finding childcare shouldn’t feel stressful, it should feel like calling on your village. Founded by two mums who understand the juggle, The Village Co. blends smart technology with human connection. Parents create a family profile, and we match them with sitters who align with their needs, values and personalities. Every sitter is vetted. Every booking is insured. Every family matters. We’re building more than a babysitting platform. We’re building a community where parents feel supported, sitters feel valued, and everyone feels looked after. 📍 Based in New Zealand 🫶 Built by parents, for parents 🔐 Vetted + insured 🤍 Community-first always
