About The Village Vet North Shore

The Village Vet is a privately-owned veterinary practice with two hospitals serving Sydney’s Upper North Shore: The Pymble Clinic in West Pymble shopping village and The Killara Hospital in East Killara shopping village. Community-minded and values-led, we believe in providing the highest level of care and compassion for all our clients and their pets. Our comprehensive range of services for companion animals, birds and exotics includes health checks, surgeries, dentistry, puppy socialisation classes, vaccinations, microchipping, geriatric care, palliative care and house calls. We have on-site radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy and full diagnostic in-house pathology laboratories. We offer chemotherapy for domestic pets and radioactive iodine (I-131) treatment for cats with hyperthyroidism. Injured wildlife will be treated free of charge, with the same highest quality care, whenever needed. Our team is committed to integrity and we always do what’s right for the animal. When it comes to our care, we do not compromise. We aim to invest in the highest quality equipment and leading-edge treatment solutions and back this with rigorous, continued education for our staff. Our commitment to animal welfare does not stop at the clinic. We acknowledge the importance of sustainability and environmental responsibility and as members of Vets for Climate Action, we have a Sustainability Champion who works to monitor and enhance the environmental impact of our business practices. Additionally, when our community choose to vaccinate their pets with us, we contribute to our B1G1 group of charities, a give-back organisation that help to address climate change. At The Village Vet, we are united in our mission to enhance the well-being and quality of life for every animal we see. Working together as a team, we strive to provide the best customer care experience for pet owners and make a positive impact on the lives of the pets we treat.
