THE WAY is an international platform for artists who embrace improvisation as the highest form of artistic expression. Founded in 2016 by Anja Jadryschnikova as an interdisciplinary collective, THE WAY has since evolved into a production company and nonprofit organization that supports the next generation of urban artists. Our mission is to create a professional playground where artists can express themselves authentically, build community, and foster cultural exchange and artistic growth. Our team includes creative directors, dancers, videographers, musicians, venture architects, writers, and digital media artists — collectively bringing over 150 years of experience in the creative industry. 10% of our profits go toward workshops, educational programs, and non-commercial projects that provide international performance opportunities and help emerging artists build sustainable and professional careers.
